"Knowledge without Action is Pointless!"
Unrelated to the boxer, I am a DEI Professional and Community Organizer, with a broad range of experiences from leading restoration projects with community led organizations, direct-action organizing, building cultural centers, organizing affinity based-groups, recruitment & retention based initiatives, and conflict management. My work experience ranges from higher education, non-profit, and corporate spaces.

With an M.S. in Sociology and M.A. in Philosophy from Virginia Tech, I utilize a strong foundation rooted in research and a variety of theoretical frameworks to make informed decisions, policies, practices, and recommendations. The M.A. in Philosophy serves as a testament to my critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the pragmatic approach used in problem solving.

I believe that Institutions of Higher Education hold the key to all of our societal issues, but often we keep that information hoarded in the Ivory Tower, never putting it in the hands of the people for whom the research would benefit. Hence the creation of EtA LLC, where we aim to branch education and theory with direct action items to improve the world around us.
